I know lots of population who call themselves "fitness or weight loss experts" and if you ask them what to do to lose weight they will tell you: you have to increase the estimate of cardio you do to at least one hour a day, you have to cut your calorie intake in half and you are not allowed to eat any of your popular foods....never ever again!
Sure, such a agenda will help you lose weight pretty fast but it's also a very tough agenda that will make you moody, tired and in some cases depressed.
