If you are after a quick-fix weight loss agenda I would assume you have abundance of time to waste because with this type of programs you will switch from one to another, endlessly, without any result.

Why they don't work? These programs apply techniques that promote fast weight loss through starvation diets, correct calorie counting, unbalanced eating so you will lose a lot of water, muscle tissue and some fat. How to lose weight, then? fabricate a healthy attitude towards food, eat balanced meals, choose healthy alternatives, eat your favorite junk food occasionally only, exercise, detoxify your body, relax properly and agenda your mind for success.
